Stummbled on this via the Limited Hype Blog Fresh from Amsterdam comes an interesting new concept bar. MiNiBAR!!! The first entirely self-serve bar, where after checking in with the Concierge, guests are provided with a key to one of 45 fridges. Each “MiNiBAR” contains all the classics like beer, wine and spirits, as well as a few surprises. Designed by local and critically acclaimed architectural firm Concrete, is comfortable but cool -with illumination coming straight from the fridges.
Label me impressed.
Amsterdam anyone??
